Showcase Dance Company

ShowcaseThe Street’s Hip-hop Dance Company is back!!

By popular demand we are bringing our dance company back, this time however with a different structure than before. The dance company will be run by Kimberley Walker and will be run on a Hip Hop and Streetdance style, it will run from our Arbroath studio every second Sunday and if you are selected to take part you will need to pay £2 per time to cover the costs associated with paying Kimberley and running costs.

The dance company will also be split into two ages, these will be 10 to 12 year olds and 13 years and above so effectively two companies with each rehearsing one and a half hours per company on the Sundays.

An audition will be run at our Arbroath studio on Sunday 12 February, 2012, at the following times, if you apply you will be there for the full duration unless we tell you differently –

1-3 pm – Audition for 10-12 year olds

3.30-5.30pm – Audition for 13 years and over.

So if you are keen there is a simple process to apply –

Speak with your dance tutor
If you are keen e-mail us at Arbroath@showcasethestreet.co.uk we need your name, age, town where you take part in Showcase, a contact phone number, and two or three lines as to why you want to be part of the dance company.
You must submit this e-mail by 8 February or you cannot take part.
Once you have sent the e-mail that is you entered the audition and you should come along at the time and date shown in this letter unless we get back in touch.
