Catriona Horne B.A.
Dance Officer – Dundee, Angus
Catriona is resident Dance Tutor at Showcase The Street’s Montrose studio and Dance Officer for the 14:16 Project in Dundee.
Catriona began her dance training at the age of 3 with the Allana Brown School of Highland Dance and has competed at many national and international events including the American and World Highland Dance championships. She practiced jazz, tap and ballet at The Dance Academy in Dunfermline before going on to study at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance. Catriona graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance Performance.

Jenna Swankie

Dance Officer/Zumba Instructor – Dundee, Angus

Jenna works for Showcase the Street teaching dance and Zumba to all ages throughout Angus and Dundee.

Jenna started dancing at the age of 3 with Elaine Masson Stagecraft School of Dance and continued dancing with Showcase the Street and the Dance Company where she was fortunate to take part in a workshop at the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory in New York.

Jenna also works with Angus Council and has extensive experience engaging with young people and children having had work placements in nurseries and carring out dance sessions in schools.

Did you know?...

Jenna has an HNC in Early Education and Childcare she also holds an SVQ level 2, Instructing Exercise & Fitness and Group Exercise to Music.

Jenna is a qualified Zumba instructor for adults and kids.

Jenna has also carried out some life modelling and even been one of Santa's Little Helpers!
